OPIS NEPREMIČNINE:
Stanovanje se nahaja v 3. nadstropju večstanovanjske hiše v Piranu, zaradi svoje ugodne lege južne in vzhodne pa je čez celoten dan svetlo. Do stanovanja je možna dostava tudi z vozili, prav tako je možno parkiranje na manjšem parkirišču na bližnjem trgu. Za ogrevanje in hlajenje stanovanja imate na razpolago kombinirano klimatsko napravo, električne radiatorje, TV in internet priključek je možen preko kabelskega operaterja oziroma preko omrežnih operaterjev.

LOKACIJA stanovanja v Piranu:
Mestna plaža je oddaljena okvirno 300 m. Do najbližje trgovine in trafike na Trgu bratstva oziroma Rokovem trgu, kot mu domačini pravijo imate le 100 m, tržnica na Zelenjavnem trgu in Tartinijev trg pa sta oddaljena približno 400 m od stanovanja. Najbližji gostinski lokali in restavracije so oddaljeni do 200 m. Osnovna šola je v bližini 200 m, vrtec pa okvirno 500 m. Izven poletne sezone je parkiranje v neposredni bližini stanovanja, v bližini avtobusne postaje Piran, v poletnem času pa na parkirišču GH Fornače ali GH Arze ali večjem parkrišču Fornače (s stalnimi prebivališčem).
