OPIS TROSOBNEGA STANOVANJA:
Dvoetažno oziroma dupleks stanovanje je bilo prenovljeno leta 1988 z novimi betonskimi konstrukcijami ter inštalacijami in streho. Je prijetno, svetlo, saj je usmerjeno pretežno na jug oziroma vzhod in prostorno. Stanovanje je primerno tako za družino kakor tudi za počitniško stanovanje. Vsekakor pa je primerno tudi za oddajanje za turistične namene preko portalov AirBnB ali Booking, idr. Omogoča namreč prijetno bivanje za 4-6 oseb.

Zunanje stopnišče vas privede do stanovanja. Za vhodom v 3. nadstropju se nahaja predprostor, ki se odpre v večji dnevni prostor, kjer je umeščena sedežna garnitura z ležiščem, tv in dnevni regal, jedilna miza s stoli. V tem delu se nahaja še kuhinja dostopna preko obokane odprtine, vrata pa vas vodijo na balkon, kjer je dovolj prostora za mizo s stoli ter shramba, ki jo je možno spremeniti v dodatno kopalnico. Notranje stopnišče vas vodi v spalne prostore, kjer se nahaja opremljena kopalnica s sanitarijami, kopalno kadjo, bidejem in umivalnikom, zakonska spalnica z večjim ležiščem in delovno mizo ter spalnica z ležiščem, garderobno omaro in delovnim kotičkom z mizo. V tej etaži se nahaja še pokrita terasa, s pogledom usmerjenim na mesto in zeleni pas nad mestom Piran. V pritličju je še manjša klet. Kolesa, motorje pa je možno pustiti v atriju stanovanjske hiše. Atrij je dostopen preko vhodnih vrat z ulice.

V stanovanju sta umeščeni klimatski napravi v obeh etažah, tako v dnevnem prostoru kakor v sobi. Urejen je priklop na internet, KATV preko lokalnega ponudbnika Elcatel. Stanovanje ima lastne števce za vodo in elektriko.

LOKACIJA NEPREMIČNINE V PIRANU:
Mestna plaža je oddaljena okvirno 300 m. Do najbližje trgovine in trafike na Trgu bratstva oziroma Rokovem trgu, kot mu domačini pravijo imate le 100 m, tržnica na Zelenjavnem trgu in Tartinijev trg pa sta oddaljena približno 400 m od stanovanja. Najbližji gostinski lokali in restavracije so oddaljeni do 200 m. Izven poletne sezone je parkiranje možno na območju piranske Punte, v poletnem času pa na parkirišču GH Fornače ali GH Arze ali večjem parkrišču Fornače (s stalnimi prebivališčem).
