On the ground floor you find the kitchen with a cooking / dining island, which serves as the focal point when entertaining, as well as the dining and lounge area with high, open gallery, living space for playing or dancing. A glass panoramic wall connects the ground floor with an outdoor terrace. In winter, a nice fireplace creates the homely atmosphere and warmth.
