We rent a diverse and spacious apartment (net 97 m2) in an easily accessible location and in the immediate vicinity of the entire infrastructure (pharmacy, post office, school, kindergarten, health center, shop, etc.). The apartment boasts bright rooms, optics, air conditioning and bedrooms that are oriented to the north-east and living room to the south-west. It is located in a well-maintained block with an elevator and two parking spaces in the underground garage. The layout of the rooms includes an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a passage to a huge living room (approx. 55 m2) in connection with the kitchen and dining area. Further there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment does not have a balcony and needs refreshment, which the owner plans to carry out. It is currently partially furnished and can be additionally equipped at the request of the tenant. The average operating costs are approx. 200 € / month, for rent to non-smokers, pets are welcome.
