We rent a spacious house with a large plot in a quiet and green location. The house boasts an individual driveway for 6-8 cars, two garages, optics, underfloor heating via a heating pump and landscaped surroundings. The functional layout of the premises comprises a basement, which includes a garage, two storage rooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, a boiler room and a meeting room. The ground floor comprises a main entrance with a spacious and panoramic covered terrace, an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a kitchen in connection with the dining area and a spacious living room (approx. 50 m2) with a fireplace and an exit to the side terrace with a summer kitchen and garden. Further there are 3 spacious and interconnected youth rooms with access to a shared toilet and a master bedroom with direct connection to the bathroom. The average operating costs are approx. 200 € / month. Available by agreement, you are welcome to visit!
