Studor v Bohinju,  stara  avtentična  bohinjska domačija pod  goro Studor.   

Naselje Studor  ležeče  pod  dominantno, od daleč vidno in izstopajočo steno Studor, je gručasta  vasica,  ki  morda  najbolj  avtentično  prikazuje oz. ohranja  značilnosti  planšarskega načina  življenja iz  preteklosti zgornje Bohinjske doline.  Večini obiskovalcev  ostane  vasica  v spominu zaradi  značilnih   dvojnih kozolcev  stoječih na travniku pod  vasjo. 

Hiša, ki se prodaja  predstavlja redko ohranjen  primer tipične bohinjske  domačija stegnjenega  tipa,   kar pomeni, da  stavba združuje  stanovanjski del in  gospodarski del domačije. Stavba je  delno zidana (kamen), delno pa  zgrajena iz  brun.

Stanovanjski del  stavbe  v  pritličju  obsega  vežo,   dnevno sobo ( hišo s kmečko pečjo), kamro,  kuhinjo z jedilnico,  shrambo in spalnico,  v skupni izmeri  65 m2. V tem delu je  hiša  tudi delno  podkletena (15  m2).      

Podstrešje  ni izdelano, je pa pohodno, z zadostno  višino  za izdelavo dodatnega  nadstropja,  meri   okrog  60  m2.   

Gospodarsko poslopje v spodnjem  delu  obsega  hlev in prostor za  steljo,  zgoraj pa je  skedenj z  zadostno  višino za  izvedbo  dveh  bivalnih nadstropij.

Ob  hiši  ni  pripadajočega  funkcionalnega  zemljišča,   parcela ne kateri  hiša stoji je v celoti pozidana, meri pa  176  m2. Ob  hiši poteka  občinska  cesta (javno dobro).

Hiša  je evidentirana kot   zavarovana  kulturna  dediščina.

Studor, situated below the dominant Studor wall, visible from afar, is a clustered village that perhaps most authentically depicts or preserves the characteristics of the pastoral way of life of the upper Bohinj valley.  Most visitors will remember the village for its characteristic double trestles standing in the meadow below the village. 

The house for sale is a rarely preserved example of a typical Bohinj homestead of the stacked type, which means that the building combines a residential part and a farm part of the homestead. The building is partly built of rock and partly of logs.

The residential part of the building on the ground floor comprises a hall, a living room (house with a rustic stove), a chamber, a kitchen with a dining room, a storeroom and a bedroom, with a total area of 65 m2. In this part of the house there is also a partial basement (15 m2).      

The attic is not constructed, but it is walkable, with sufficient height to build an additional floor, measuring about 60 m2.   

The outbuilding in the lower part comprises a stable and a bedding room, while above there is a barn with sufficient height to make two habitable floors.

There is no functional land next to the house, the plot on which the house stands is completely built up and measures 176 m2. A municipal road (public good) runs alongside the house.

The house is registered as a protected cultural heritage.
