Globoko pri Radovljici, domačija  Pr`Globočnik, poslovno-stanovanjska  stavba, urejena domačija s ponudbo pristne domače slovenske hrane.     

Globočnikova kmetija, kot se je prvotno imenovala ta posest, stoji na tem mestu  že od leta 1628 ter prehaja iz roda v rod. Danes pa je tu gostinska  dejavnost. Stavba ohranja zanimive in  redko ohranjene značilnosti nekaj stoletnega razvoja kmetijstva na Gorenjskem. 

V gostinskem delu stavbe, iz katerega  veje duh stare kmečke hiše, vas postrežejo v ohranjeni črni kuhinji, v  »hiši«  ali v »izbi«, lahko pa tudi urejenem kletnem prostoru-"kevdru".

Vas Globoko obsega le nekaj hiš in leži na  levem bregu reke Save. Tu še vedno  obratuje mlin, kjer meljejo  odlično domačo moko, pri sosedih v kmetijski trgovini najdete vse od »šivanke  do traktorja«, preko mosta čez Savo pa se nahajajo glampingi.

Stavba obsega gostinski del z gostinskimi sobami, kuhinjo, skladiščem ter  sanitarijami, bivalni del v nadstropju  stavbe ter nedokončan turistični del  stavbe, kjer je možnost ureditve turističnih apartmajev.

1)   Gostinski del obsega:  predsobo,  točilnico,  gostinsko  sobo v »hiši« (kmečka  bivalna  soba z lončeno kmečko pečjo), restavrirano črno kuhinjo, gostinsko sobo v izbi, kuhinjo in sanitarije. Prav tako je gostom namenjen kletni prostor in letni vrt. Gostinski del v notranjosti meri 133 m2, letni vrt 55  m2.      

2) Bivalni del v nadstropju obsega: vežo,   dnevno sobo, kuhinjo z jedilnico,  spalnico, kopalnico in podstrešno sobo,  skupaj okrog 120 m2, primerno za takojšnje bivanje.

3) Del stavbe predviden za turistično dejavnost pa obsega neizdelane prostore ( III. gradbena faza) v skupni izmeri okrog 120 m2, predvidena je bila izdelava treh  turističnih enot (apartmajev).

Ob stavbi je urejeno tudi parkirišče za več osebnih vozil.

Kot je razvidno iz priloženih fotografij je   celotna stavba urejena s poudarkom na vsebinah, ki nam pričarajo duh stare  gorenjske kmetije, to velja tako za  gostinske prostore kot tudi za bivalni del  stavbe.  

Domačija je locirana tako, da gostje ne  motijo sosednjih stavb.
 
V notranjih prostorih domačija lahko sprejme 45 oseb, na zunanji pokriti  terasi prav tako 45 oseb. 

Prostori so opremljeni s pohištvom,   gostinsko opremo in inventarjem, vsa oprema je v funkciji. Tako novi lastnik  lahko takoj  prične s poslovanjem, oziroma nadaljuje z opravljanjem  obstoječe gostinske dejavnosti.

V bližini domačije, le 200 m stran, je železniška postaja, le 5  km stran pa se nahaja mesto Radovljica.

The Globočnik farm, as the property was originally called, has stood on this site since 1628 and has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, it is a catering business. The building preserves interesting and rarely preserved features of several centuries of agricultural development in Gorenjska. 

In the catering part of the building, from which the spirit of an old farmhouse radiates, you will be served in the well-preserved black kitchen, in the "house" or in the "choir", or in the well-equipped cellar-"kevdru".

The village of Globoko consists of just a few houses and lies on the left bank of the Sava River. There is still a mill where excellent local flour is milled, a neighbour's farm shop sells everything from a sewing machine to a tractor, and there are glamping sites across the bridge over the Sava.

The building comprises a catering area with catering rooms, kitchen, storage and sanitary facilities, a living area on the first floor and an unfinished tourist part of the building, where tourist apartments can be built.

1) The catering area comprises: entrance hall, bar, 'house' catering room (rustic living room with tiled rustic stove), restored black kitchen, catering room in the choir, kitchen and sanitary facilities. There is also a cellar and a summer garden. The inside of the restaurant area measures 133 m2, the summer garden 55 m2.      

2) The living area on the first floor comprises: entrance hall, living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, bathroom and attic room, total of about 120 m2, suitable for immediate occupation.

3) The part of the building intended for tourist activities comprises unfinished premises (construction phase III) with a total surface area of approximately 120 m2, for the construction of three tourist units (apartments).

There is also a car park next to the building for several cars.

As can be seen from the attached photographs, the entire building has been furnished with an emphasis on features that evoke the spirit of an old Gorenjska farmhouse, this applies to both the catering facilities and the living area of the building.  

The farmhouse is located in such a way that guests do not disturb the neighbouring buildings.
 
The homestead can accommodate 45 people indoors and 45 people on the outdoor covered terrace. 

The premises are furnished with furniture, catering equipment and inventory, all equipment is in working order. The new owner can therefore start the business immediately or continue with the existing catering activity.

There is a railway station in the vicinity of the homestead, only 200 m away, and the town of Radovljica is only 5 km away.
